SAVE THE DATE ! The next edition of the Festival Musique & Vin au Clos Vougeot will take place from June 19 to 26, 2022. Hoping to be able to meet you again this summer in Burgundy. PROGRAMME

The concert given on June 22 at the Château du Clos Vougeot with Gautier Capuçon and Jean-Yves hibaudet, artistic directors of the Festival, as well as the young cellist Charles Hervet, is broadcasted this Friday July 16, 2021 at 8:30 pm on Radio Classique.
On the program: Schumann, Debussy, Rachmaninov and Pierre Charvet's Kaddish for cello, Music & Wine commission at Clos Vougeot, world premiere.

Here is the link of the auction, which will end on Tuesday June 29th at 2pm French time. All the lots come directly from the Domains, except 2 of them, offered by sponsors of the festival. The profits will allow us to support young musicians and to grow the instrumental fund. The 2021 young talents, violinist Júlia Pusker and soprano Meigui Zhang, will receive their scholarships. We will continue ordering violins, violas and cellos to the most sought after international luthiers for our instrumental fund counting already 23 string instruments. We would like to thank you warmly for your contribution and generosity, allowing the festival to carry on supporting young musicians.

It is a great pleasure to announce a new artistic direction starting from this 2021 edition : two remarkable artists, Gautier Capuçon and Jean-Yves Thibaudet, both of them faithful to the festival and Burgundy lovers, will be involved with our team in order to push the festival forward. They will develop the support to young musicians, with concerts, young talents bursaries and the instrumental fund. Thanks to Jean-Yves Thibaudet, living in California, but also to the New York organization Friends of Musique & Vin Inc., we will pay special attention to Franco-American ties that have been always driving us.

Aware of the impact of this crisis on the careers of young musicians, the Festival Musique & Vin wanted to support eight former young talents of the festival, by offering them an exceptional grant. This was made possible thanks to the American association Friends of Musique & Vin Inc. by organizing a virtuel event last October. It consisted of a live tasting via zoom, and two pre-recorded concerts. Adding to that, there was a virtual auction with lots generously offered by the domaines partner of the festival.
